Limitless Sports Chiropractic
Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk
Job Description
At Limitless Sports Chiropractic, we believe in honest, straightforward care. Dr. Taylor Hartman built this practice for active people who want a thorough evaluation, a real plan, and honest answers about what it will take to feel and perform better. We're growing, and we're hoping to find someone who wants to grow alongside us. This role is about more than answering phones — it's the person who shapes a patient's first impression, helps bring back patients we haven't seen in a while, and helps more people in our community find the care they need.
WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS YOU
Real variety — you'll be on the phones, helping with a marketing project, and reconnecting with patients, so the days don't feel repetitive. Hands-on mentorship — you'll learn how a growing practice is built and run, working closely with Dr. Hartman. A team where you're noticed — we're a small, close-knit office, so what you bring to it doesn't get lost, and neither does your growth. Room to grow — as you take on more (reactivation, marketing, and eventually hands-on patient support), there's real room to grow your role — and your pay — with it. Care for you, too — as a team member, you'll get free chiropractic care and treatments here.THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF
… You'd rather give someone an honest answer than tell them what they want to hear. You notice when something's out of place — a messy counter, an unanswered voicemail — and you take care of it without being asked. You genuinely like people and want patients to feel cared for the second they walk in, not just processed. You like the idea of bringing someone back, whether that's a patient who's gone quiet or a new one who found us for the first time. You show up when you say you will. Reliability matters to you. You'd rather work somewhere small and close-knit, where your work is actually noticed.OUR CORE VALUES
These matter to us — they're how we try to make decisions, and what we hope whoever fills this role will bring to the team. Straight Talk, Always — we try to tell patients (and each other) the truth, kindly and clearly, without overselling or sugarcoating. Own It — if you see something that needs to be done, you take care of it, rather than waiting to be asked. Make People Feel Taken Care Of — every patient should leave feeling like a person, not a transaction. Show Up & Follow Through — on time, every shift, every task — our patients and our team depend on it. Chase Growth — you look for ways to help bring patients back and welcome new ones in, because that's how we get to help more people.WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Own the phones — answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and make sure no patient falls through the cracks. Run the patient journey — greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, handle paperwork, and follow up so people stay on track with their care. Win patients back — reach out to patients who've gone quiet and reconnect them with the care they still need. This is a real part of your role, not an afterthought. Help us grow — support marketing efforts: social media, local community touchpoints (like our Prosper Chamber and local league connections), and referral outreach that gets Limitless in front of more active people. Keep the office spotless — a clean, organized space is part of the experience we promise patients — you'll make sure it always shows. Support Dr. Hartman — keep the day running smoothly so every patient gets the same honest, straightforward experience we aim for.As you grow:
once you know the practice inside and out, there's room to grow into hands-on treatment support — things like assisting with rehab exercises and recovery tools under Dr. Hartman's direction. That's not a day-one expectation — it's something we'll train you for as trust builds.SCHEDULE & PAY
