Job Description
Our Chiropractic office is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk. Previous Chiropractic experience is preferred. Will provide some training needed. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and responsible person who is able to multi-task in a busy environment. This person will direct patient flow throughout the office. Non-patient care duties will include ordering/maintaining office supplies and daily/weekly/monthly cleaning responsibilities. Clerical duties may include data entry, filing, document scanning, greeting patients, phone calls, schedule current and future appointments. Have folders ready for next day appointment, and code and bill insurance claims. Bilingual (English and Spanish) If you are an honest and caring individual who is reliable and has strong customer service capabilities and marketing skills. Someone who will support and help manage the office with their peers. Someone who can think fast on their feet, and adapt to a somewhat fast-paced environment, than this position is for you.
