Job Summary:

Fit to Move Physical Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Physical Therapy Technician to join our team at our Plano location. This role plays a vital part in supporting our Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Business Office Manager with both patient care and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the PT and PTA with non-skilled clinical tasks and patient care activities, as directed. Support therapists in delivering patient education and ensuring smooth session flow. Maintain a clean and organized treatment space, including stocking linens and supplies. Help ensure a safe and hygienic environment by monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone to patients and visitors. Perform front office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, managing co-pays, and handling documentation (copying, filing, faxing). Participate in clinic in-services and assist with administrative tasks assigned by the Director or Business Office Manager.
