Position Summary We are seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapy Assistant with strong clinical skills and excellent customer service to join our dedicated team. This role plays a key part in improving patient mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist patients in working toward established therapy goals to support mobility, independence, and overall function under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Document treatment provided and communicate patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist and appropriate members of the care team. Work collaboratively with patients and the interdisciplinary team to support individualized, patient-centered care. Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment in accordance with established facility policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Current and active Texas licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage a diverse caseload. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation. Familiarity with Net Health software. Commitment to delivering high-level customer service and hospitality to residents, families, and visitors.
