Chiropractic Assistant (cover letter required)

On Wave is a growing chiropractic practice in Southlake, TX looking for a bright, energetic, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant who has a passion for helping others and wants to be an important part of building a practice. Our office takes a holistic, neurologically focused approach to health, combining chiropractic care with integrative wellness services to support the body's natural ability to heal and function at its best. We're looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, organized, dependable, and naturally good with people. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, willing to take initiative, and excited about a career health and wellness. We want someone who takes ownership of their role, provides an exceptional patient experience, and is motivated to help both our patients and the practice grow. Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn are most important. If this sounds like it resonates with you, please respond as soon as possible. We are expecting a lot of applicants! The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet, check in, and check out patients
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist with new-patient intake, exams, and X-rays
  • Prepare patients for chiropractic care and additional services
  • Manage patient flow and keep the office running efficiently
  • Educate patients on office procedures and doctor-directed care recommendations
  • Follow up with leads, missed appointments, and cancellations
  • Help patients stay consistent with their recommended care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, patient-ready office
  • Assist with community outreach events, social media, and marketing
