At MOSS Rehabilitation Center , we are looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician/Aide who wants more than another part-time job. You will work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals, interact directly with patients, learn how a fast-paced clinic operates, and gain exposure that can help prepare you for the next step in your healthcare career. Our goal is simple. We want you to leave MOSS more knowledgeable, more confident, and better prepared for your future profession than when you arrived. No previous healthcare experience is required. What matters most is your initiative, professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in helping people. Interest in pursuing a medical or healthcare career is required for this position. What You Will Receive $12 to $15 per hour Part-time schedule with flexibility around student availability Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Clinic closes for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Paid time off earned based on hours worked Hands-on exposure to a professional rehabilitation environment Mentorship from experienced rehabilitation professionals Opportunities to expand your knowledge of patient care, rehabilitation, and clinic operations Experience that can help prepare you for PT, PTA, OT, medical, and other healthcare programs The opportunity to develop stronger communication, professionalism, leadership, and patient-care skills More Than a Typical Part-Time Job This role is designed for someone who wants to learn. You will become part of the day-to-day rhythm of a busy rehabilitation clinic and see firsthand how clinicians work with patients, communicate as a team, and create an exceptional patient experience.
You may help with:
Supporting Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and other clinical team members Assisting with patient flow throughout the clinic Preparing treatment areas for patients Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment Supporting patients during their time in the clinic as directed by the clinical team Completing assigned clinic tasks accurately and efficiently Anticipating what needs to be done and taking initiative rather than waiting to be asked Helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient Learning how a successful rehabilitation clinic operates behind the scenes You will be expected to pay attention, ask questions, learn quickly, and become increasingly independent as you grow into the position.
