HomeTown Physical Therapy serves Erath and Hamilton County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in our Stephenville and/or Hico clinic. The ideal candidate will have a background in the outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality patient care to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Provide hands-on therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for recovery. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive discharge planning for patients. Requirements Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, coworkers, and healthcare teams. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
