New Graduates are welcome to apply! Advance Therapy has grown as an outpatient Physical Therapy company that was established back in 1999. We are professional, agile and innovative . Clinics are owned and managed by therapists and specialize in quality outpatient orthopedic care, sports, aquatic therapy, vestibular therapy, and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation. We currently have clinics in College Station, Houston , and Dallas. Our commitment to patient-focused care strives to provide a welcoming and fun environment where we can educate and assist patients in returning to their highest level of function. We support our clinicians by providing time for one-on-one care, continuing education, tuition support, excellent benefits, and an energetic, team-oriented environment. Our organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to help organize and manage a busy clinic. The right candidate will take on a wide range of responsibilities, including reviewing patient files, administering physical therapy and communicating with professionals regarding their patients' progress. We are looking for a driven and hard-working individual with strong organizational skills who is willing to take on responsibility for all aspects of patient care in our busy clinic.

The Physical Therapist Assistant works under direct supervision of a Physical Therapist and performs rehabilitative exercises with patients. They also transport patients out of bed, provide treatment for patients with orthopedic injuries and neurological disorders. This position requires a commitment to the therapeutic standards upheld by our company and a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses.
Responsibilities:
Work with medically complex patients. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic tasks at the direction of a physical therapist. Work within physical, mental, and time constraints of the practice setting. Interact with patients and families in a sensitive manner. Assist therapists with discharge planning and coordination with other medical providers.

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
