Job Description

LP Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Waxahachie clinic. We're a multi-site outpatient orthopedic practice, and we're looking for a PTA who's passionate about hands on patient care and ready to grow with a supportive, collaborative team. Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-care techniques Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current state licensure as a PTA (or eligible) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team oriented with a patient first mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
