Chiropractic Assistant/ Front desk / Office Assistant

Our busy chiropractic office is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our practice. This position is full-time and includes both front desk and patient care responsibilities. Staff members are cross trained to support patients and help the office run smoothly each day. Benefits include paid sick days, paid holidays, paid vacation, bonuses, and on-the-job training. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, collecting patient insurance information, collecting patient payments, maintaining patient charts and records, taking X-rays, assisting with physical therapy treatments, and helping keep the office organized and running efficiently throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is dependable and punctual with a positive and professional attitude. The ideal candidate is friendly, has strong communication skills, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment. A willingness to learn and be cross trained in multiple areas of the office is important. No chiropractic experience is required. We are happy to train the right person who is motivated and enjoys working with patients.
