Job Description

Full Job Description:
Since 2002, MountainTop Physical Therapy and Wellness has been a staple in the Park City community, as we have been voted Park City's Best Physical Therapy Clinic by the community on a continual basis. We are a solo-owner private practice that prioritizes quality of care, work-life balance, and being a cornerstone in the community. Our patient care structure includes a 1-on-1 team model, which aids patients in achieving their movement goals and supports our fiercely loyal following. Our clinic offers a physical therapist assistant's dream: fully equipped workout equipment, Olympic squat racks, free weights, a SwimEx pool, and a Pilates reformer. Our thriving long term relationships with the physicians in town and continued communication with the local healthcare teams allow us to continue to provide the highest level of care. As a MountainTop employee, you will be joining a team of lifelong learners in an unparalleled environment for mentorship and growth. With high clinician retention, it's a rare opportunity to join this team.
The Role:
We are seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant who has a clear understanding of human movement and is deeply motivated to care for their patients. In this role, you will enjoy working in a culture that consists of strong, supportive team players. It is standard practice at MountainTop PT for therapists and their team to work towards leaving their patients in a better physical condition than prior to injury as we see the continuum of care encompassing the return to the highest level of activity and optimum physical capabilities. We also believe in work-life balance—our schedules are flexible to accommodate time for your own exploration in beautiful Utah. Simultaneously through built trust, your patients and their families will continue to return for your expertise as needed throughout their lifetime.
