Position Overview We're seeking a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy and growing chiropractic practice. This position is ideal for someone with experience in a chiropractic or medical office setting , who enjoys providing excellent patient care and managing the daily flow of the front desk. While this role is primarily focused on clerical and patient support duties , marketing experience is a plus. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Clerical Duties (Primary Focus) Greet patients and manage efficient check-in/check-out processes Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Collect payments and maintain accurate financial transactions Maintain patient charts, records, and documentation with accuracy Support chiropractor with patient assessments and therapies as needed Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming clinic environment Clinical Support (Secondary/As Needed) Set up and monitor patients on decompression therapy equipment Assist with Softwave, Shockwave, and other therapeutic modalities (training provided) Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and office policies Conduct patient follow-up communications when necessary Marketing & Office Support (Tertiary/As Needed) Assist with social media, patient testimonials, and online reviews (optional) Support community events and outreach efforts when available Help maintain practice reputation and patient engagement What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Previous front desk or patient coordinator experience in a chiropractic or medical office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and multi-line phone systems Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with chiropractic terminology, therapies, or billing Familiarity with ECLIPSE or
