$55 - $60 per visit Overview We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on behalf of our healthcare client for a Home Health Per Diem opportunity in Ashburn, Virginia. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide quality patient care in a home-based setting. Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans. Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow physician orders and agency policies to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (Required) Home Health experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:

$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
