Our passion is our patients' success . We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Licensed PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team! About the
Role:
As a Per Diem Licensed PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve their recovery goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Assisting patients with exercises, stretches, and activities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and use of equipment Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Conducting initial and ongoing assessments to measure patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements:
Current Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Virginia High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with a variety of patient populations and diagnoses Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records systems preferred
