This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care and customer service. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience by assisting with passive therapies, supporting front desk operations, and helping our office run efficiently. Part Time- 9.5 hours per week- Mondays 7:45am-615pm (with 1 hour lunch break) Additional coverage hours available for staff vacations upon mutual agreement. Responsibilities Prepare patients for chiropractic treatments and assist with passive therapies (heat, ice, electrical stimulation, traction, etc., as directed) Escort patients through their therapy sessions and ensure they are comfortable Maintain clean, organized treatment areas Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Schedule appointments and manage the daily patient flow Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify patient information and assist with paperwork Collect payments and perform basic front desk administrative tasks Work closely with the doctor and team to ensure exceptional patient care
