What You Will Do As a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant , you will: Deliver outpatient orthopedic treatment under Physical Therapist supervision Progress exercises based on patient response and clinical goals Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and movement training Reinforce proper movement patterns and functional mechanics Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the PT team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support patients from initial treatment through discharge Who Succeeds in This Role Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Virginia New graduates encouraged to apply Experienced PTAs welcome Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic care Effective communicator and team collaborator Motivated to continue clinical development Values patient relationships and continuity of care Documentation That Does Not Follow You Home At our clinic, we are intentional about keeping documentation manageable and realistic.
