Carry out and advance PT-directed plans of care with precision Monitor patient progress and communicate meaningful updates Collaborate directly with Physical Therapists on treatment strategy Drive consistency and progression between evaluations Your role is simple. What You Will Do As a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: Deliver skilled outpatient orthopedic care under PT direction Progress individualized treatment plans based on patient response Coach patients through exercises with precision and purpose Apply therapeutic exercise and hands-on techniques as appropriate Track outcomes and communicate effectively with the PT team Support patients from evaluation through discharge This is where you build true orthopedic confidence and clinical consistency .
