At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center (LSTC), our Rehab Technicians are an essential part of our patient care team. We're a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation clinic serving Sterling, Ashburn, Reston, and the surrounding Northern Virginia community.

We Listen. We Care. We Get Results. This isn't a position where you'll spend the day wiping down equipment or simply counting repetitions. Our Rehab Technicians are active members of the clinical team who help keep patient care moving, encourage patients throughout treatment, and contribute to an outstanding patient experience from beginning to end. You'll work directly alongside Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Certified Athletic Trainers while gaining valuable hands-on experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. What You'll Do Assist Physical Therapists, PTAs, and Athletic Trainers during patient treatment Encourage, motivate, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises Help create a positive, energetic experience for every patient who walks through our doors Support clinic flow by anticipating the needs of both patients and clinicians Assist with scheduling and front-office responsibilities as needed Prepare equipment and treatment areas throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Participate in community outreach and wellness events What You'll Gain Daily hands-on experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation Direct mentorship from experienced clinicians Exposure to exercise progression, post-operative rehabilitation, and patient care A deeper understanding of how a successful private practice operates Professional skills that will serve you throughout your healthcare career Many of our Rehab Technicians have gone on to physical therapy school and other healthcare careers after developing strong clinical and professional foundations here.
