About Us 33 Health is a therapist-owned outpatient therapy company that partners directly with Independent Living communities to provide on-site therapy services. Because we are owned and led by therapists, we understand the challenges of the profession and make it a priority to create a supportive environment where clinicians feel valued, heard, and respected.
Our mission is simple:
keep residents as independent as possible so they can confidently age in place. About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with older adults. In this role, you'll provide therapy services to residents within one community, working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one therapy services to seniors under the direction of a PT Carry out individualized treatment plans and document progress Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the supervising PT Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met Collaborate with community staff to support residents' functional independence Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PTA program Active VA PTA license (or eligibility) Strong communication skills Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to work with older adults What We Offer Flexible full-time schedule Competitive pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k with match Paid time off and continuing education support A positive, collaborative work environment in one community (no driving between sites) Leadership that understands the therapy profession because we are therapists too This role is ideal for a PTA who loves patient care and wants to make a meaningful impact in a senior living community.
