Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $47.00 Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $1,504.00 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality patient care and support patients in achieving their mobility and rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and activities as directed
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and functional activities
  • Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Communicate patient progress and concerns to the Physical Therapist
  • Follow facility policies and patient safety standards Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license/certification as required by the state
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Current BLS certification preferred/required as applicable
