About Us Vermont Sports Medicine Center is seeking an outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing practices in Rutland, Castleton, and Killington, Vermont, near the Killington Mountain ski area. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who values an environment that allows for one-on-one direct care. Our practice offers a collegial working environment with a group of dynamic, skilled therapists and low productivity requirements, allowing our clinicians to spend quality time with their patients. Our practices are located in central Vermont, close to lakes and mountains for outdoor recreational activities, and only 3 hours from Boston and Montreal. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with profit sharing above and beyond base compensation. Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy assistant services to patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Utilize functional training and clinical manual skills in patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercises. Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant Skills/Requirements Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Vermont Physical Therapy Assistant License required. Interest in professional development in the areas of functional training and clinical manual skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. New graduates and experienced PTAs are encouraged to apply. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

PRN Pay:
$25.00 - $33.65 per hour
