  • Front Desk Support to join our team in a structured, supportive role.
This position is best suited for someone with prior experience in a professional workplace who is comfortable following established systems, scripts, and workflows. Training will be provided; however, this role is not intended as a first job or student position. Position Overview The Chiropractic Assistant works alongside the Business Manager at the front desk, assisting with daily clinic operations and patient flow. Primary responsibility for front desk management, decision-making, and complex issues remains with the Business Manager. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with patient flow through the clinic Direct patients to treatment rooms Clean and reset treatment rooms between patients Enter patient information into diagnostic systems and prepare systems for doctor use Assist with payment collection and basic transaction processing Schedule patient appointments Enter data and scan documents into the electronic health record system Prepare patient forms and charts as directed Provide general clerical support (photocopying, filing, document preparation) Assist with end-of-day and end-of-week cash balancing and bank deposits Maintain a clean and organized front desk and clinic environment Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Manager Required Experience & Skills Strong English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing clearly with patients and staff) Previous experience in a professional workplace environment (medical, administrative, or customer-facing preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (Medical Office Assistant or Administrative training is an asset) Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to follow structured processes and written instructions accurately Strong verbal and written communication skills Accurate data entry and strong keyboarding ability Basic math skills (testing will be required) Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy clinic environment Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance Professional and comfortable interacting with patients and the public Work Schedule The schedule is consistent and designed around patient care needs. Weekly hours remain stable, though minor adjustments to daily start or end times may occasionally occur.

Wednesday:
8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm
Friday:
8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm No weekends.
