Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem Job Summary We are looking for a caring and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Everett, WA. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality patient care and help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall function.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist. Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities. Monitor patients and communicate their progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist. Complete daily patient documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a clean and safe treatment area. Follow state practice laws, company policies, OSHA guidelines, and Medicare requirements. Communicate professionally with patients, families, therapists, physicians, and coworkers. Participate in team meetings and required training. Maintain required continuing education and CPR certification. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current and valid Washington State PTA license . Current CPR certification. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
