Job Description

Overview We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused team player to join our growing medical-legal chiropractic practice. If you're dependable, flexible, hard-working, and bilingual in Spanish, we want to hear from you! We offer exciting career growth and the chance to advance within the company. With clinics in Tacoma, Federal Way, and Kent, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel between locations during the training period. This full-time Chiropractic Assistant position offers the opportunity to become a Registered Chiropractic X-ray Technician, fully credentialed by the Department of Health.
Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities:
Answer phones and schedule appointments Greet and check in patients Manage patient and healthcare provider record requests Assist with billing and payment processing through the EHR system Handle financial transactions and follow up on outstanding payments Perform other administrative duties, as needed, across multiple clinic locations
Chiropractic X-ray Technician Responsibilities:
Complete a 72-hour training course and pass the exam to become registered with the Department of Health Take x-rays, collect patient history, vitals, report reviewer, and assist with various treatments as directed by the doctor Work closely with the doctor and staff to manage patient flow and daily operations Starting pay is $22
  • 30 per hour, based on experience, with increases upon becoming a certified Chiropractic X-ray Technician.
Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Strong patient service skills A solid understanding of anatomy and physiology is a plus Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment techniques Experience with patient intake processes Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
Clinic Hours of Operation:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
