Issaquah Family Chiropractic is currently accepting applications for a part-time Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk team member. We are a busy, community-centered chiropractic office committed to providing high-quality, affordable care in a friendly, organized, and welcoming environment. Schedule This is a consistent three-day-per-week position, approximately 28 hours per week :

Friday:

6:30 AM

•4:30

PM Saturday:

7:30 AM

•5:00

PM Sunday:

7:30 AM

•5:00 PM Occasional additional hours may be available to cover vacations or sick time. What You'll Do This is a combination clinical support and front desk position.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting doctors and supporting patient flow Helping patients with therapies and treatment modalities (training provided) Checking patients in and out Answering phones and scheduling appointments Collecting payments and co-pays Processing new patient paperwork Preparing and resetting treatment areas Maintaining a clean and organized office Helping create a friendly, efficient, and welcoming experience for our patients Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, organized, and comfortable working directly with patients. The right person is an excellent multitasker, communicates well, and can confidently manage responsibilities independently when needed. Good computer skills are important. Previous chiropractic, medical office, front desk, or customer service experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person. Experience with ChiroTouch is a plus.
