Our team provides integrative care in chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, pain management, IV therapy, and aesthetic treatments. We are passionate about whole-person wellness, helping our patients feel and look their best. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant. This is a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting both the administrative and clinical aspects of the practice. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the clinic — front desk duties, patient flow, and assisting providers. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys learning, and is excited to be part of a collaborative care team. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications Maintain accurate patient records and process payments Assist providers with patient care as a Chiropractic Assistant (training provided) Support the flow of both medical and aesthetic services Learn and assist with IV therapy, aesthetic procedures, and wellness programs (as appropriate) Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Computer literacy and comfort with electronic medical records (training provided) Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or front desk role is a plus, but not required Must be willing to cross-train and take on both administrative and clinical assistant duties What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented environment in a modern, growing clinic Hands-on training in both administrative and clinical areas Opportunity to learn multiple disciplines: chiropractic, naturopathic, acupuncture, aesthetics, and IV therapy Staff wellness perks and treatment discounts Competitive pay with room for growth
