We are a privately owned outpatient practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for a PTA who is compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help patients reach their goals. The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with physical therapists, values strong team culture, and wants to continue growing clinically and professionally. In this role, you will work alongside experienced PTs to help guide patients through individualized treatment plans focused on improving function, reducing pain, and helping people return to the activities that matter most to them. Our clinics see a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, and we value clinicians who are engaged, adaptable, and invested in delivering excellent care. We believe strongly in mentorship and professional development. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced PTA, we are committed to supporting your growth and helping you build confidence and expertise in the areas that interest you most. A current Washington State PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one) is required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
