As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Responsibilities:

Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and chronic diseases Conduct therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other interventions as directed by the physical therapist Monitor patient progress, report changes or concerns to the physical therapist, and make Adjustments to treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment, including progress notes and discharge summaries Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in physical therapy assistance or related field preferred Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Washington Minimum 0 years of experience in a physical therapy setting or related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills
