About us Balanced Living Chiropractic is a small business in Vancouver, WA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to help sick and suffering people find the root cause of their problems and then provide a specific Chiropractic adjustment. We utilize a specialized technique called NUCCA that focuses on restoring spinal alignment from the top of the spine down. Applicants should have a basic understanding of NUCCA chiropractic, and once hired be dedicated to understanding NUCCA thoroughly to help educate our patients.

Additionally, the ideal candidate for this position must be exceptional at multi-tasking. Available Shifts Monday to Friday (no weekends) 20-30 hours/week. This is a part time position with the opportunity for full time for the right candidate.
Pay:
$18-$22 starting, depending on experience. Responsibilities include Greet patients when they arrive and make them feel welcome and comfortable. Answer phone calls Scheduling patients Assist patients with filling out forms Collect payments Attend weekly meetings Keeping office running on time Clearly communicate with many patients each hour Qualifications Include Responsible, professional, trustworthy and prompt Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively Listen intently making sure patients feel heard Strong sense of organization Willingness to cover shifts when needed to help the team Ability to operate office equipment, computer, phone, printer, etc Willingness to engage in regular training and a desire to continue learning and expanding skills Problem solving and follow through of daily tasks Previous medical office experience a plus
