Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist (Part-time) Premier Chiropractic & Wellness is a newly established chiropractic & wellness office looking to add to a growing team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and greet patients and visitors, as you will be the first contact of everyone entering the office Answer telephones and take appropriate messages. Schedule patient appointments. Obtain payments for clients as needed during check-in/check-out. Verify patient insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage. Manage insurance entry, patient billing, and related documentation. Troubleshoot insurance related claim issues and discrepancies. Maintain and update patient files. Support doctors whenever necessary. Serve as a point of contact for external insurance providers and legal counsel concerning patient case matters. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and email.
  • Must maintain and comply with HIPAA requirements
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
General office cleaning as well as keeping the waiting room neat and clean throughout the day. Following the clinics opening and closing procedures. Create marketing materials to advertise and promote Premier Chiropractic & Wellness and its services. Medical Scrubs attire
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Professional verbal and written communication skills and proficient keyboarding skills. Previous experience with Insurance and Billing is preferred. Team members will have one on one training with office software and be expected to watch all relevant training videos provided by Premier Chiropractic & Wellness. Must have valid driver's license and vehicle. Bonus points if you love dogs

WORKING CONDITIONS
It is a must that we provide a welcoming atmosphere for all patients!
Expectation of Hours:
Monday 8:30am-7pm Tuesday 12:30pm
  • 7pm Thursday 1:30pm
  • 7pm
  • Opportunity for additional hours may be available on Tuesday & Thursday mornings.
Benefits Benefits include chiropractic care. Premier Chiropractic & Wellness does not offer health insurance benefits outside of chiropractic care.
