Job Description
Montello Care Center is looking to immediately hire a new Physical Therapist Assistant! Our last PTA stayed for 25+ years and ended being our rehab manager and PTA. Are you looking for the next great place to grow roots and continue to provide excellent therapy services? This just may be the place for you To be your best as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Interested in learning the ropes as a rehabilitation manager? We can help there too! Like that small town feel? Like having control of your day and the caseload you develop? Want to know the patient and not just a length of time for productivity? Want to help us provide care to our seniors in need? The right candidate could even be trained to assist with authorizations and take over rehabilitation manager duties. Our sub acute rehabilitation center provides excellent OT, PT and SLP services for our geriatric population under Medicare Part A and other insurances following hospitalization and on an outpatient basis for referrals from our surrounding community Our Seniors need your expertise and your compassion. In addition to the experience you bring, new employees will receive training on documentation and service delivery to have you ready to meet any situation that may arise. Montello Care Center utilizes Nethealth and Matrix for EMR documentation and communication. You will work along side our other Physical therapists and Assistants in addition to OTs, COTAs and SLPs to complement our therapy team. This is a great opportunity for Seasoned Therapists as well as New Graduates. Come to an environment that fosters learning and growth.
