Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of experienced physical therapists to provide rehabilitation services to patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment programs as planned by the physical therapist. Providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Monitoring patients' progress and reporting back to the physical therapist. Collaborate with other healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary setting. Educating patients and their families about the treatment plan and home exercises. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
