Transitions At Home, is currently seeking to hire a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant in the Rice Lake area. What does a Transitions at Home Physical Therapist Assistant do? A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist/RN Clinical Manager.

Job Requirements:

Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant License Two (2) years' experience preferred.
