Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Outpatient Clinic | Full-time | 49 Mall Road, Ste B, Oak Hill, WV 25901 BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Oak Hill, West Virginia. Our team treats orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, balance impairments, and mobility-related challenges. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while collaborating with a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and patient experiences. Your Role Physical Therapist (PT) Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Work within a manageable outpatient caseload environment focused on quality patient care. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes. Requirements Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
