Job Description

Our company is growing and needs to add additional team members to ensure our continued success. This position will require someone who is self-driven, open-minded, and growth-focused.
Purpose:
The purpose is to make the Physical and Occupational Therapists (including Therapy Assistants) as productive as possible by accomplishing all the tasks that a Therapy Tech is legally allowed to perform. To assist the Therapists so that appointments go smoothly for both the Patient and Therapists. It is difficult to deliver high-quality care successfully without a Therapy Tech. A therapy technician does the following: Enhances the therapists efficiency through assisting with exercises and other aspects of treatment as directed by the therapists. Ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times through cleaning and janitorial duties. Ensures that everything a therapists needs to provide treatment is ready, stocked, and available. Ensure we have happy patients who feel they have been heard.
