Full Job Description Overview:

Assists in the diagnoses and therapeutic management of children referred for developmental delays/disorders and/or behavior concerns, under the supervision of a physician Performs medical and developmental screenings and evaluation of infants and toddlers Obtains thorough histories and physicals on pediatrics patients Assists in determining needed evaluations for new patients Provides information and support to families regarding the diagnostic process and guidance and implications regarding diagnosis Initiates referrals to other physicians and agencies Responsible for prescribing and monitoring medications Orders appropriate laboratory, radiological and diagnostic studies Updates and maintains electronic health records Regular and prompt attendance Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required Related duties as required. Completes all mandatory department, educational and hospital requirements Adheres to current Infection Control and Safety Standards Regular and prompt attendance Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required Related duties as assignedAdditional Information:
Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.Qualifications:
