PA-C Full Job Description Overview:

Responsibilities:

Increase our ability to evaluate general urology patient problems; the demand for the service has been steadily and sharply increasing. Perform out-patient urology evaluations; which has a strong and growing demand Knowledge about urology medications Evaluate new general urology patients See follow up patients from the hospital in the clinical setting Take patient calls and discuss results Completes all mandatory department, educational and hospital requirements Adheres to current Infection Control and Safety Standards Regular and prompt attendance Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required Related duties as assigned

Additional Information:

Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.

Qualifications:

Completion of an approved Physician's Assistant training program Required PA-C

  • Physician Assistant
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant Required Licensure with the state of Alabama to practice as a Physician Assistant within 60 Days Required Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.
