We are seeking an experienced PA who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases. We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team in Pinnacle Fertility - Arizona in our Scottsdale or Glendale, AZ clinics. This is a full-time, onsite position working Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 Am - 4:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups. Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments. Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds. Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine. Other duties and projects as assigned. Position Requirements Physician Assistant (PA) with active state licensure. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Women's health background preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills. Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$100,000 - $125,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
