- Goodyear is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Paramedic to join our team part-time.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paramedic seeking a consistent outpatient position that combines clinical care, patient education, and wellness-product sales. The ideal candidate will be confident administering injections, comfortable discussing available injection options with clients, and motivated to help grow this area of the business. This position requires a balance of clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented sales approach. Responsibilities Safely administer vitamin, wellness, and other authorized injections in accordance with medical orders, established protocols, and Arizona scope-of-practice requirements Educate clients about available injections, their intended wellness benefits, pricing, packages, and recommended frequency Recommend and sell appropriate injection services based on client interests, established protocols, and authorized medical guidance Actively contribute to injection sales, client retention, and applicable performance goals Identify opportunities to introduce clients to relevant services without using high-pressure sales tactics Review and sign applicable medical documentation and orders when authorized Provide professional, compassionate, and attentive client care Screen clients for relevant health information, contraindications, and safety considerations Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation Follow all company policies, clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and safety procedures Maintain organized and properly stocked clinical areas Communicate effectively with clients, laboratory staff, and medical leadership Protect client confidentiality and maintain appropriate professional and clinical standards Qualifications Current Arizona Paramedic (EMT-P) certification or license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Experience administering injections preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable educating clients and selling wellness injections and related packages Customer-service or sales experience strongly preferred Ability to discuss services and pricing confidently and professionally Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to following established protocols Professional appearance and positive, client-focused attitude Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy requirements What We Offer Consistent part-time schedule Professional outpatient work environment Opportunity to combine clinical skills with wellness education and sales Employee discount Potential for additional hours or expanded responsibilities based on business needs and performance Any Lab Test Now
