Casa Grande, AZ In this role you will work alongside board-certified EM physicians and experienced APCs to deliver exceptional care to diverse patient populations. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking broad clinical exposure, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to practice across multiple ED settings. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries Perform complete histories and physical examinations Order, interpret, and act upon laboratory and diagnostic studies Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Perform procedures consistent with emergency medicine privileges and experience Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR Collaborate with physicians, nurses, consultants, and ancillary staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes Provide scheduled coverage at Banner Baywood, Banner Gateway, and Banner Casa Grande based on operational needs Support departmental quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program Current NCCPA certification (PA) or national board certification (NP) Arizona licensure as a PA or NP, or ability to obtain Current DEA registration or eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum 1 year of EM experience as a PA or NP preferred Preferred Emergency medicine fellowship training Experience managing a wide range of low
  • to high-acuity emergency presentations Strong procedural skills including: laceration repair, paracentesis and thoracentesis, abscess incision and drainage, splinting and fracture management, joint reductions, foreign body removal, and emergency stabilization and resuscitation support Schedule Full-time position Rotating day, swing, and night shifts Weekend and holiday coverage shared among the clinician group Travel between Mesa, Gilbert, and Casa Grande facilities required Why Join Our Team?
