Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outpatient medicine, continuity of care, a team approach to patient care, and building long-term patient relationships. This is not an OR or first-assist position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions in the outpatient setting Perform in-office procedures (e.g., catheter placement, bladder scans, minor procedures) Provide follow-up and chronic disease management Collaborate closely with supervising physician and clinical staff Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the
EMR Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active Arizona license (or eligible for) DEA certification (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a clinic setting Urology experience required Bilingual English-Spanish preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Baseline:
$130,000+ , with significant potential for additional earnings and performance-based bonuses. Starting salary may increase based on experience and productivity.
