This role specializes in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions. The ideal candidate will work closely with ENT physicians to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring effective communication with diverse patient populations. Duties Assist ENT physicians in evaluating patients presenting with ear, nose, and throat conditions. Conduct patient interviews and gather medical histories in both English and Mandarin to facilitate clear communication. Perform physical examinations focused on ENT-related issues. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding. Support diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy, or other relevant tests. Assist during minor ENT procedures under physician supervision. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care in their preferred language. Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment adhering to healthcare standards. Qualifications Certification as a Physician Assistant or equivalent qualification in relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience or specialized training in otolaryngology (ENT) is not required, but looked favorably upon.
