What they do
A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

$150k and up to low $200k (based on experience and procedural expertise)Shift:
Full-Time or Part-Time Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Active DEA registration.
- Previous experience in a private practice, concierge medicine, functional medicine, wellness, or similar outpatient setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a physician while providing exceptional patient-centered care.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, adaptable approach to patient care and practice growth.
Preferred:
- Experience in functional medicine, nutrition, longevity, or integrative medicine.
- Experience reviewing advanced laboratory testing and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Experience performing musculoskeletal procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, or other office-based procedures.
- Experience with aesthetic procedures or wellness services.
- Existing patient following or experience helping grow a medical practice.
- Experience working in a concierge or high-touch private practice environment.
Job Summary:
- Serve as a physician extender within a concierge medical practice delivering personalized, relationship-driven healthcare.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients while collaborating closely with the physician on individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and manage your own panel of patients with an emphasis on preventive care, functional medicine, nutrition, and long-term wellness.
- Review laboratory results, educate patients on treatment recommendations, and provide ongoing follow-up and care coordination.
- Perform office-based procedures, wellness services, or specialty treatments based on your training and experience.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide an exceptional concierge-level patient experience from initial consultation through ongoing care.
- Contribute to practice growth by bringing clinical expertise, innovative ideas, and a patient-first approach to delivering care.
- Participate in an initial onboarding period working alongside the physician to learn the practice philosophy, clinical approach, and patient care model.
