We are expanding and looking for a great provider to join our team. We are currently looking for a well-qualified provider that is interested in personal and professional growth within the healthcare field.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Provides primary care treatment in accordance to standard medical practice protocols Records medical history and provides physical examinations and follow-up care Works well with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) on-site training available Provides individual patient instruction in accordance to prescribe treatment plan. Prescribes appropriate medication to patients as needed according to medical protocols and standard medical practice. Identifies psychological and emotional problems/issues and refers to off-site resources. Adheres to Quality Improvement guidelines and participates in Quality Improvement programs for chronic diseases. Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the job opening: Current License/DEA in the State of California (Board Certified Preferred) Must relate well to all cultural and ethnic groups in the community Ability to be flexible Bilingual preferred Benefits offered:
