The Opportunity 15-month rigorous program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center founded in 2009 designed to graduate competent PA's in Emergency Medicine (EM) and advanced procedures modeled on the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Model of Clinical Practice, Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) procedural guidelines, and the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) post-graduate program guidelines. 1-month part-time online onboarding boot-camp designed with flexibility in mind including virtual modules, CME accredited lectures, and mentorship from senior fellows and staff culminating with a kick-off week and program start celebration. Clinical Curriculum includes 14 months of full-spectrum emergency medicine hands-on training by PA-C's and BE/BC Emergency Physicians.
