• Local Team Collaboration:
• + Community Behavioral Health Center APPs collaborate with a large team of clinicians within the Community Medical Center system + Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community. + Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
• Qualifications:
• + Board-certified/eligible physician assistants. + Active California license preferred. + Must have at least one year of experience working as a hospitalist PA and have been a hospitalist PA within the last 24 months. + Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. + Authorized to work in the United States.
• Scheduling:
• + Full- or part-time, day shift role. + 7 on/7 off schedule. + Shifts are 12 hours; 7 am - 7 pm.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. + Consulted only on medical issues. Psychiatry is the primary for all patients. + Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who relishes the challenge of addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs. + Utilize Epic EMR system.

• Rewards and Compensation:
