• role requires working exclusively on overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
• Local Team Collaboration:
• + Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center. + Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
• Qualifications:
• + Board certified/eligible physician assistant. + Active California license preferred. + Experience working as an advanced practice provider in an acute care hospital setting is required. + Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. + Authorized to work in the United States.
• Scheduling:
• + Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on/7-days-off rotation. + Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Our night clinician will perform admissions in addition to cross coverage. + No procedures required. + Work alongside other nocturnist physicians and advanced practice providers. + Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a physician assistant who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs. + Utilize Epic EMR.
