Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, and physical therapy interventions Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals Educate patients regarding home exercise programs and self-management strategies Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with therapists and staff to deliver exceptional patient care Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities QualificationsRequired Current California Physical Therapist Assistant License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to excellent patient care Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Experience in outpatient orthopedics Knowledge of manual therapy techniques Experience with therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation Interest in clinical education and student mentorship Who We're Looking For We are seeking a PTA who is: Passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life Positive, professional, and team-oriented Interested in learning, teaching, and growing clinically Committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences Excited to contribute to a culture of mentorship and professional development
