NURSE PRACTITIONER

OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

(PA) PrimeHaus Medical Group | Moorpark, CA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00

PM Compensation:

$65-$80/hour, depending on experience PrimeHaus Medical Group is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly motivated, coachable, and genuinely interested in becoming exceptional in hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and longevity medicine. Experience with HRT/TRT, hormone optimization, men's or women's health, weight management, or wellness medicine is highly valued — but not required for the right candidate. What We're Looking For Active or eligible California NP or PA license Strong interest in HRT and hormone optimization Comfortable learning laboratory interpretation and treatment protocols Excellent communication and patient-education skills Detail-oriented and committed to excellent documentation Motivated to learn and grow alongside the practice Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused Comfortable working collaboratively with our physician and clinical team What You'll Do Conduct new-patient consultations and follow-up visits Review patient histories, symptoms, and laboratory results Participate in development and management of individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice Monitor patients and review follow-up laboratory testing Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, and ongoing care Work closely with our physician and clinical team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Why PrimeHaus?
