This is a permanent, Monday-Friday outpatient clinic opportunity designed for an APP seeking a stable, long-term position in a specialized oncology setting. You will work closely with radiation oncologists, physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the radiation oncology treatment journey. Responsibilities may include:
Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and focused follow-up visits Reviewing medical histories, treatment plans, laboratory results, imaging, and clinical findings Assessing patients throughout the course of radiation treatment Monitoring for treatment-related symptoms and side effects Providing appropriate symptom management and supportive care Collaborating with radiation oncologists regarding patient treatment and clinical concerns Educating patients and families regarding treatment expectations, potential side effects, symptom management, and follow-up care Communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team Coordinating care and facilitating appropriate referrals or follow-up when needed Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Participating in a team-based approach to delivering high-quality oncology care Supporting continuity of care before, during, and after radiation treatment

Required:
Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Active California state license or eligibility for California licensure Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Commitment to providing high-quality outpatient care
Preferred:
